This seems to be a very good and artistic idea inspired in the Pearblossom highway by David Hockney (please click on the image to see it in higher resolution) and I like it the way this is done

I installed a copy of the OS in an external hard drive so I could be able to instal the FF 11 Trial on another place that is not my main computer, so I could be able to test myself your filter as I could not resist to do it because I have been trying to make something similar since long time ago.

I made this thread Panography Style filter? to also try simulate this same thing but could not do it right myself, so I congratulate you for making it.

There was also this filter Snapshot Collage By b15fliptop but it did not get the effect right

I also have seen before the work of Hockney and tried something
I have also discovered also how to make gradient based collages Lovely Artistic effect found. Could this be done with Filter Forge ?

This example looks in some way similar to the sky that can be seen in the Pearblossom highway by David Hockney, but as all was too similar I did not know how to make it more randomly.

POSSIBLE SUGGESTION ONLY IF YOU LIKE AND WANT

As you are using Bomber, you could add and use the additional optional settings
OFFSET H
OFFSET V
H CHAOS
V CHAOS
to be able to MOVE a little the squares and so make the filter shine more as it is based in FF that gives more flexibility and I have tested that it works right without modifying anything

Thanks Ramlyn & SpaceRay!

I like the current H & V settings. Took a long time to get parameters that looked good with the Variation slider.

The Polaroid camera introduces edge (darker around edges) effects, gradient lighting due to oversensitivity to certain colors of light, and lens curvature issues (a kind of psuedo zoom in the center of the picture). I will look into this, maybe adding a Polaroid on/off switch if I come up with something.

Here's an example with Polaroid lighting. I also played with an X/Y adjust and thought it was useful. Will update soon.
