I'm a little late it looks like-------> But...
This is a very nice filter~ I used it tonight and put it in my favorites. Here is an image with this filter on it (two applications) ![]() ![]() ![]() Anyway I'll be using it quite a bit, thank you for creating it~ Oh ,,, the image is a 'true' very old image from the turn of the century ((copyrights ran out on it)),,, so Borderbund put them on a CD for sale ((I bought it years and years ago)) and when they did so the scanning was terrible. This filter gives her a modern look and makes her useable. Now I'm showing you the filter but I would put her thru some other filters as well and just start out with your degrade filter~ Love this filter... I wanted to show her to you with just your filter on. ![]() |

Heres a pict from that http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...4&TID=2087 Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

I've seen that one and I don't think it would work very well because they already have the old look. I can play with it and see what happens,,, also I'm sure I can use the other one for other images. Nice filter~
![]() Usuually I clean them up the right way----> and I'm not too bad at cleaning old photos. But... the degrade filter gives me a nice short cut and some interesting looks when applied twice. Like I said though I wouldn't leave her as she is normally with just this filter but you can see how this filter sets the tone for the look. (((love it)) I started on FF April 16th and from then till now I just didn't see this filter-------> but I know it's here now! LOL I grabbed a screen shot ------------------------> the arrows point to her however bear in mind that when she's resized small for the thumbnail she looks pretty good. The pixelation and coloring on the checks are bad when the image is opened though. Obviously wonderful 'OLD' images and why I bought them. Click to view large image~ ![]() |

And here she is on my Gold N Silver Frame filter.
Your filter has been applied as a base to the image prior to the Gold N Silver Frame application. (((She looked bad without the your 'Degrade' filter and I would have cleaned her up the old fashioned paint program way ![]() Click to view the larger image~ She has one application of 'Degrade' on this image. ![]() |
