This seems to be perfect for a "censorship" filter.
(...Is your subject "flipping the birdy"? Did Tara Reid have a wardrobe malfunction?...)
I like that this filter can give a simple way to pixel-ate/censor any supposed graphic/obscenity parts of an image. ( ...I did have to use the "selection" and "copy" functions in PS -- but it was still useful...)
(Hmmm (?), maybe, ...it could be even more useful if FF could be used as a plugin in After Effects or something (e.g. in batch rendering for animations, etc. ...) …
