I don't like color changing filters for pictures, but occasionally I make an exception. I do like the variety of fx this filter offers though, pretty cool for a type of filter I normally don't like. smile:)

I have sent in an update, it should be faster than this one, but we will see if it is the last update... What could I do to improve it?

I like the look.

However, some controls could be removed, for example Mode and Scale. What's the point of having a slider for Scale if the same thing can be done with the Size slider which is already present? As for Mode, it just ruins the effect when changed from its default value (and breaks randomizing as well).

I can definetly get rid of the scale control, and I agree 100%.

As for the mode, I have a follow up question. I put the mode in so I could get different looking effects. I have a solid block effect, a contour effect, and a few more. It give the user more choices of how to change the picture. Should I get rid of this and have it just the contours or should I leave the different mode slider in with the understanding of a more diverse filter? Would just like to know so I can refine my filters. smile:) Thanks.
