i almost didnt even look at the rest of the presets on this one because there is something not quite right about the default one. it looks more like noise overlaying the brick pattern than part of the brick itself.

but, i'm glad i did look. the rest look great. nicely done!

so, i guess i'd be tempted to change that default to something else.

+2 yeah, the lead preset is very important to get users to "check it out".....and you have much better ones in this filter smile:)

Wow! Was this originally your Pyramid filter! What an incredible update, it looks even more photo-realistic now and the noise is balanced just perfectly to make it seem like natural decay! Excellent work Redcap ^_^

Suggestion......I think the cracks look too much like the noise pattern.....so I would stretch and lighten it so it is finer.....actually noise distort on block or techno noise might give you more of a realistic cracking effect.....

Hey, you asked for "brutal" comments smile;) smile:)

It has the potential to be very usable!!! smile:)

this looks pretty good. i love the waviness you put in the tiers of bricks. that would be great for old buildings. very distressed look in some of those. very useful. i could easily see something like this being used in a 'medal of honor' type war game.
