Excellent work!!! smile:) One Humble plebian suggestion smile:) I would make some of the preset patterns large so you can see the texture on the lattice.....then the user can either turn down the size for the more finite patterns..... smile:) smile:) smile:)

Ack! What happened to my posted comment smile:eek:

What I WAS saying, before it somehow disappeared, was that I really liked this texture too, Ahimsa smile:D

I also like Steve's suggestion, and maybe the ability to turn the background transparent if I found a patter I want to use but need it a see-through texture smile;)

The selector turns it transparent. FF made me put a background on it. It is supposed to be a fine pattern that goes over photos, but I guess I've totally missed the mark. It isn't meant to be enlarged.

After I make some coffee I will post samples. I think I will redo all of the presets in black so that I can resubmit it without the stupid background.

This filter will need to be redownloaded as the stupid background I had to add ruined it completely. I will fix that and resubmit today. Here are samples of what this filter is for.

Very nice... delicate. This would be nice for making Cards and Tags as well. I'm going to have to try this out on some of my flower photos as well, they seem to be made for each other smile;)
Thanks for taking the time to share these samples, Ahimsa smile:D

You will need to wait for the update because FF suggestion that I add that background destroyed this filter and when you get the updated version you will see that I changed the colors, just change them all back to white.

I think they will be nice for web pages as well as tags. smile:D

I am switching the color on all of the presets right now. Should be done shortly.

You're welcome. I think the star and diamond one is the best one for tags.

Don't forget to turn them white again. There is however one that is only good black. You'll figure it out. smile:D

The background layer I added messed up the whole filter. Not sure what I did wrong, but at least when I removed it the filter was still ok.

I like all the stars....sparklies! smile:-p

Me too, I can see someone in the Scrippy stationary community using something like this with animated 'twinkles' in them as they scroll slowly to "Some Enchanted Evening" playing in the background smile:D

I'd show you what I meant by making you a sample, but I hate using Scrippy myself, but love to see what others are able to do with it smile;)

Hehe, no question is dumb, Carl... what's dumb are those that never ask questions. Then they never learn anything smile;)

Scrippy is a program for making stationary with neat script effects added to them so you can use them in Outlook Express.

Here's a link if you are curious:
http://www.scrippy.com/
And another that shows you what they look like in action:
http://www.scrippy.com/ check out the different stationaries they have to see what they can do smile:)

And there's lots of newsgroups and forums devoted to Scrippy all over the place too smile:)

You started the hole, handed me the spade, and I've happily dug a very deep hole for myself - but it oh so lonely - and steve seem to be kicking the dirt in on top of me smile:|
