I agree, it looks like made with colored pencils.

I think there's much more to this filter than the presets show. I'll see if I can find some time to show a few samples.

Foxxee, where do you get all these emoticons from?

I was going to say the same thing about colored pencils. I used to use pencils and this looks like the effect you get from the chalky type. I used the chalky and the oil. smile:D
