Night Vision by Sgt_Rock

Well, this is my first ever filter using filter forge, but I'm fairly pleased with it (so far ). Its fairly simple right now, but I plan to add to and update date it as I learn more and come up with new ideas. Though I feel it looks better than what vander lee's night vision filter can produce (the scan lines are very large and the bleeding is too strong).

For the amount of clarity right now, this filter gives an image on par with generation III night vision.
