good stuff! everyone needs a good soft blur in their arsenal.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Ah ha!!!
 .....but it's not just your average soft blur.....it finds edges and softens in between them.....on the heavy side.....almost called it "Fantasy Blur".....but wanted general users to check it out.....  
Almost done with Photo.....still have several "Xtreme" tone filters yet to submit.....then back to what I like most..... Steve
