After seeing comments in the forums here about creating fur, I wondered how I would come up with a fur like filter, and this is the result.

'fur' is a very wide category. one could be talking about something on a living beast or a pelt or even a fur coat. and there are differences in the look of those. you've also got the range of animals with fur, everything from an ultra fine to very, very coarse.

so, i guess what i'm saying here is, widen the range a bit, or, put out a series, maybe. 'fine fur', 'coarse fur', 'buffalo mane', 'wildebeast', etc, etc.

also, most of the presets look a tiny bit blurred. i'd like to see a bit more texture, well defined.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
