nah, dont worry about it. i've actually already made two more filters from ideas i got from looking at manon's version (and i think one of them would blow you away!)

this entire program is built on the simple principle of sharing, at least if you submit to the library. so, you pays yer nickel and takes yer chances and frankly, my return on that nickel has been ten-fold

My not wanting to make anymore filters has to do with the BS, "earn the program" deal feeling rigged. Not posting here anymore has to do with the people...two different things. What I said was that I was going to stop making filters for here.

Jan not only saw the BS in the HU area, but did some counting, she counted how many names were Russian, how many were beta testers, and how many were people who believed the earn the program BS. This when the HU area consisted of ten pages for who knows how long. Only 2 or three people were not Russian or Beta testers at that time. So she started writing letters to FF, next thing you know she has HUs coming out of her butt and suddenly more pages began to be added to the HU area.

How many people like me have passed through here, worked their butts off for who knows how many hours, expanded the filter library, and ended up never getting the program? Looks like quite a large number...around 90 pages of filters never made HU yet FF sure is benefitting by these filters. As for the EPs....they are meaningless..they only promote FF and the filter maker doesn't even get tossed a measly point as a bone. Do I believe it's a scam...it sure does feel like it from my point of veiw and the veiws of others.

For someone who doesn't care about HUs you sure did spend a lot of energy on that post in the Kraellin Drapery thread making sure to trivilaize my work on the filter and promote not only your part, but your extremely better version that uses my work.

I just love this filter, and will make use of it in 3D. It makes the most beautiful and believable fabrics. Between filter forge and genetica texture makers this is one of the best filters for what I need right now. I'm going crazy here making variations
I have no idea why it's not at the high level. Perhaps there's more sci-fi type audience around here.
I'm new here and still working off a 30 day trial, but for whatever it's worth, ahimsa, I hope you continue making filters

I think I got all of your fabric filters at the moment... just them alone is going to be the reason I purchase filter forge.
I'm making 3d items, clothes, for Poser users, and some for my own work. Always in need for fabric looking textures.
If you're interested, I'll show you what I make with them.
