Thank you for reminding me. I have been meaning to post a thank you, to all the artist of Filter Forge, for helping me to learn the program. I was not sure how to do that. So much to learn, so little time. There are so many talented people in this world! Thanks to Crapadilla for the inspiration for the frame & for the use of a portion of his filter. I pray that there are no bad feelings towards me, or my work. We all need forgiveness. I mean no disrespect to any of the Filter Forge artists. I ask for forgiveness from you all. I would say that most authors would like to see credit given to them if you are using their filterwork in your own...... The other thing is that when you use other people's filter work and/or do a close variant of it, it takes away from (dilutes) usage on the original filter as well as your own.....and can make the original author feel as though you are "piggybacking" upon their work..... I would (helpfully) suggest that you combine all of your variant filter efforts into fewer original works.....which will give you a better chance of getting high usage reward points because they won't be competing so much with existing similar filters..... Hope this helps!!! Steve

Well, it's not the number of downloads you get.....it's the "unseen" FF usage statistics (how much it is actually being used) that give you the high usage reward points.....so it all depends on your filter concept, how useful it is, and there not being other similar filters competing with it and diluting its' usage stats.....thus my suggestion to focus your energy on fewer, more original works.....
