When using this filter the new controls are as follows...Just the 3d effect controls are new....

3d effect off/on....Turn this off when creating a pattern..It works faster smile;)
3d adjust moves the whole image either in the screen or out of the screen....
Red Channel adjust moves the image out and into the screen at the same time...
Height Map type...This is the type of height map that the 3d effect follows...

I may have not needed this part in the description but I ran out of space in the filter text... smile:D
Happy swirling.... smile:)

actually, some of them do have anaglyphic properties.

Yep those do look better..I think because they have more to the pattern then the others so it shows the effect better.. smile:)

CF, some of those are kinda off. there's some clarity issues here. #3 looks great, but a lot of them are kinda blurry and hard to get a focus on.

I was about to mention that. Looks like the color channels somehow went off somewhere. I feel like I need some special glasses to look at them or something... smile:dgrin:

(I had a look at this in the Editor and I think I figured out what is wrong. It looks much better when you pull that "Just Jealous" slider all the way down or take that control out altogether!)

Craig and Jffe..Is it the swirl that contributes to the blur or is it going into the screen to much..Or maybe out to far since some do go out pretty far.......Heres another version without some of the offsets on the 3d adjust part of the red channel also an image fix of sorts......
Maybe like before I have been looking at them to long... smile;) smile:)

could it have anything to do with how the website makes them seamless?

what i see is a sort of blurring between the swirls and very little depth at all.

----It varies. What kinda turned me off on most of the presets, was how the seperate sections weren't smooth, and like you said (above) maybe that's just cause they didn't repeat enough.
