Ahhhhh.... finally, another Crappadilla Filter.

Remarkable how close to Crappy Filter that sounds, but ironically has the exact opposite conotation. hmmm...

Just curious, how long ago did you make your cobwebs snippet and how long did it take you to realize that you could turn it into this destined for success filter? I mean, forgetting the fact that even the snippet is HU... smile:)

oo nice filter I just messed around with it and did a few layers, coloured them and then used the blend features with layers and got this

Reminds me of candyfloss

Nothing wrong with a little insanity ;)

In fact, I first made the cobwebs filter prototype (there's an old thread in the User Gallery about it), then simplified it into a snippet because I didn't feel this would make a good filter. Coming back to it recently I re-worked it a bit and thought "Well, I'll just finish and submit it so it's out of my mind!"

It's one of my oldest filters, so I thought it deserved some aging. smile:D

Btw, I just realized the filter's got a bit of a hazy effect going, which effects the source image contrast and saturation a tad too much for my tastes. I might do something about that in an update soonish.

i'd leave the 'hazy' in and add the 'de-hazy' as an option. where you find cobwebs in such abundance, you're also going to find that 'hazy', dingy look. both look great!
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
