i like the base look/effect, but at the top portion of each building you have the lights/windows going all the way to the top. that detracts from the whole.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I tried to add a sort of shadow on the tops of the buildings before, but for some reason I couldn't get it right. In photoshop you could just do inner shadow or inner glow, but in filter forge it isn't that easy. Maybe I could do it manually (for each building), but I wanted to find a way to do it for each layer or even all at once.
But I'll probably come to some solution sometime soon...  |

Cool... a HU! Hey, this makes 3!!!
Now, for your honest opinions... Should I bother waiting to see if I get 5 HU's, or should I just get FF for free right now? If a new version comes out (say 1.013 to 1.014), can I still get it? I'm guessing a larger update (1.*** to 2.***, if that ever happens) would not come free, correct? Is it OK to feel guilty of robbing FF of a potential $200+? Is there a secret webpage that contains the answers to all of my life questions? |
