hehehe, i love the zits. the 'skin' tones and texture could use some work. but the zits... lol!
 If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Forget the skin: This could be useful for game developers who want to create disease-infected characters if it were an overlay with background transparency ... give them some density, color, size and scabbing options for the zits and you could give them the Green Galactic Plague.
