Wow, nice one! I'd assign some of the finer-grained variations as a default preset.

I'm not sure why do you need a HighPass before Blur -- this slows the rendering and has no visible purpose. Also, the Surface Height was too big, this would result in bad normal maps. Here, I've modified the filter a bit:

There's still room for Distortion, Distortion Roughness and Distortion Scale controls on the filter settings tab...

very impressive!
i would think you could also do chain armor using that. just go a bit wider on the weave. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
