I am still sick from the burger I ate from McDonald's Wednesday. Our friend ate one on Tuesday and she is still sick too. So I am going to pass on the burger and request tapioca instead. Belly is still very tender.

I'm having some difficulty with this filter, so I'm hoping someone can assist. Whenever I try to render an image larger than 3000x3000, the filter just won't do it. I'm using FF 5 Professional (so greater than 3000x3000 is possible), computer is Intel Core 5 3.60GHz, 32 Gig of RAM. I get the same behavior on FF 4, which I also have.
I get a preview image when using as a Photoshop CC plugin, but when I try to render, I don't ever get the "Rendering..." window. FF is still active in Task Manager, and RAM usage goes up and down, but nothing ever happens, even after ten hours. I have to kill the process in order to get back to Photoshop CC.
When using FF as a standalone, I do get the "Rendering..." box, but no green ever appears in the bar. I'm able to cancel the process manually in this case.
I've tried uninstalling all versions, then installing them again one by one, but no change.
Is there any further info I can give that might help with a clue? Thank you for looking!

hi cpatterson, just gave it a try, for that size, I had no problem it rendered in 2 min 3 sec. windows 10, ff6 [ don't have previous version loaded on machine ] ps cs6, i7-4770 3.50ghz, 16gb.
sorry I can't be more helpful, if no one else answers here start a thread in the bug forum which might get you more answers.

Hi Carl,
Thank you for looking into it. Was your test on a 3000x3000 image? If so, that sounds about right. What I'm not able to do is render a larger one, say 4000x6000.

Test was on 3000 x 3000 ....... just tried one about 4000 x 6000 took 4 min 49 to render at actual size on the ff ui ..... but when I tried to get it to render to ps ff froze, ended task with task manager but ps was still frozen [ had task close that as well ] ..... yes I gave it plenty of time to accomplish rendering task and unfreeze. So CPatterson there is something wrong, I'll put this conversation in the bug forum and if you can contribute there, that would be helpful to solving what ever the problem is .... all the best

I appreciate your effort anyway Carl. I did a little messing around with the filter, and was able to get it to run if I removed the inversion element. That does have an effect on the end picture, but it's fairly minimal, so I'll use the new version instead. Maybe that knowledge will help someone else.
