SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12298 Filters: 35	Although this is a very simple filter, it makes cool and curious results, according to the colors used as source and how much distortion you make, it can give surprising and could give interesting results depending on how well you sel ect the image source. As said it may be a simple offset distortion, but can give sometimes good results. Here is a page from a magazine and see how the original is distorted and decomposed in pieces as the main thumbnail of this filter.

SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12298 Filters: 35	And using dark and black parts and one main color to mix it all, and how a red flower with a mixed black and white background can result in this shown below at distortion 100, it looks like the colors are mixed with the background and also dripping to the floor, and how the center of flower remains without moving

SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12298 Filters: 35	And you can used solid black shapes and lines as a mask to keep the places that you do not want the distortion and so this filter displaces the edges and everything else. Here the original background colors are NOT mixed at all, but with this filter they are mixed in a beautiful way.

SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12298 Filters: 35	And to end here is a Tulip flower in a white background that gets curiously distorted. I think that adding more white empty space and canvas size on the right side could give a whole distorted flower so it does not get cut.
