Curious, cool and original. Like the options that you have put and be able to use a transparent foreground with background and additional background behind the window and the opacity of the window border and with shadow, and the icing in the cake is the small icon.

Here is a flower transparent with a forest background and using a grunge texture as window background.

And here I have seen that you must prepare the image before using the filter, as with most of others filters that have frames, you have to prepare the image before using it here, as it will most probably be cut if it reach the edge, so you have to leave some blank space for the frame. Also here the Parrots photo (that have transparency) is a vertical image so it does not fit inside the square that is needed and using the placement tool it is repeated, BUT this is not at all a fault of the filter, is that I was lazy to not prepare the image before using it here, sorry.

After seeing this filter I got an artistic idea that could look good and be nice.

Make 64 different windows, each one with it´s own background, and then using another background for inside the window, and a transparent object, animal, thing or whatever over it, and also each one with a different icon, and having different levels of opacity, and then join all the 64 windows in one big chessboard to show them all together at once.

here is one more, now would need 61 more smile:D
