I do not know if the translation is right (done with google translate) but this is a filter and not a plugin, maybe you may be saying that it hangs while using Filter Forge as a plugin with this filter

You have to give more information about this to help, is also needed to know

if is with Windows or Mac?

If used as a plugin what is the host used?

Does it happen only with this filter and no other?

What is the resolution of the result that you want, or what is the resolution of the source image you are using?

Have you tried to restart your computer and try again without any other software?

Does it hang if you use it on the standalone version?

I am also finding that Filter Forge freezes with this filter. I select the filter, open it in the filter editor, click some of the components, and click "cancel" on the bottom right to exit the editor. By then, it usually freezes.

This is with the default "lifesaver" image, same version/OS as Ceramix.

It may have to do with the map scripts that Velho uses in this filter.
