I've just downloaded it. Interesting filter with good colors. It can be useful to make some Christmas decorations, but also some kind of planet or magic orb.  |

My suggestion is to find forums, because they are the places where the people can easily share opinions. It would be easy for you to post a request, and easy for other people to answer.
Then, you may look at two different kinds of forums :
1. To post filters :
If you want to post directly the filters, I believe this is the best place.
Any filter you post, the other people need to have FF for using it. Only here all people who join the forum own or are testing FF.
In other graphic websites, even if Photoshop forums, only few people would be able to use your filters. You may not get many answers there.
2. To post textures :
Posting textures made with FF may open you many more chances.
Normal textures in .png or .jpg format can be used by anybody as a background, for 3D graphic, etc.
Any 3D graphic forum, wallpaper forum, Photoshop forum can be a good place to post your message.

A mild recommendation that I think would help: post some example uses of the filter. For example, you can use this probably like a brush preset, but the thing is, a lot of people / and even myself included, don't see potential until we recognize it, either through experimentation or something.
I always think its best for people who create the filter to show some examples to kickstart some ideas.

I got inspiration from your filter to make a new one ( as you see, your filters are very useful. ).
I've almost finished the basic settings and tomorrow I will do the presets.
