Thank you! smile:D

It is rather fast and the presets generally works without the need of too many adjustments, so I hope it can be useful. smile:)
It should work well with flower pictures.

Very nice flower effects! And it does work well on flowers. It transforms mediocre flowers into surreal and interesting looking blossoms.

WOW!! This looks interesting and useful, and could be very good if the right images are choosen as source.

EAdams. Your right. smile:) This filter can really spice up a dull photo. And I can see the images from this filter being incorporated into all kinds of 2D and 3D renderings. smile:D And SpaceRay. smile:) Yah, I used to work with the Spherical Displacement Surface filter quite a bit. But not for a while. smile:D Here's another one you might like. smile:) I think i'll get them all out and see what they look like in Ramlyn's filter. smile:D Oh. I just remembered I put a few images like this one at the bottom of the comments thread for the Displacement filter. Here's the link. smile:) https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...sage110966

Thanks SpaceRay and DJI !!

Yes, as SpaceRay said, choosing the best fitting image can help to get nicer results.
My idea was just to use it to make/modify flowers.
Because of its ability to blend spots of color ( see the flower with the ladybug. The ladybug disappears after using the filter, but its color is used by the filter to make the result more interesting ), adding just one spot of different color in the photo before to process may spice up the result.

The Max Trail control can be used to elongate the petals. A medium value of Max Trail may generate very delicate and lily-like flowers, especially if the original photo has soft colors.
A high max Trail value, especially if combined with strong colors photos, can generate spiny pictures.

The Hue control is also very useful especially when the original photo has colors not much fitting with a flower.

SL2 Flower Generator is arriving soon.

In the new version, very different from this, there is the chance to add 3 spots of color and to create a blurred leaves background. smile:D
