It reminds me of the 90s texture generators. It has this ring of nostalgia of the era. People used to make a lot of crazy textures back then for websites. Made very very difficult to read but I somehow miss that. In a way it's the nostalgic element that brings it to life.

You should print these on pencils lol. People still love this psychedelic stuff.

overall, I like this, but I have one little problem with it. those objects within the filter that seem to be on top of other objects, should reflect this on the edges. in other words, if one object seems to be higher up or over another, then its edges shld be dominant and show completely.

and ok, I can justify it like it is and say that the objects are more fluid than solid and thus give way on their respective sides to allow other object's edges, but I'd love to see it the other way too smile:)

sorry, not trying to be mean here; that's just what I see when I view this.

Thanx Skybase! smile:D Kraellin. Thanx for your commenet. smile:) I think your talking about variation 7. I'm not sure what's going on with that one technically. There's some color offset and some cell edges that don't really line up. smile:?: Or maybe you mean you'd like to see completely different objects that don't have common edges at all? I guess I could try that with another filter. I suppose the bomber with a shadow effect would do it. smile:) Anyway,I left #7 in there cuz I thought it looked interesting. smile:)
