Nice filter! Those bricks look totally realistic and the sliders give lots of control.

Great filter! The other one as well. "Art is quite useless." Oscar Wilde

Very realistic looking, especially with a little grunge added!

Cool! This might be really useful in PBR shaders, will have to try. Senior 3D/XR generalist in Blender, Unity, Unreal and Adobe for games and interactive media. This filter is not usable to me.
It takes at least 15 minutes to render. (eight core processor, 16 Gig ram)
And the end result: a very ugly brick wall.
The colours are hazy and the mortar layer is far too irregular.
It often results in a cartoony impression.
Which isn't realistic at all.
Sandstone by Valas: Definately one of the best filters.
So realistic.
Another great filter: Veined Marble by Miavir.
It could be real Marble.

Performance is actually decent for this filter and renders fast on my machine.
I have an i-7 4 core processor which can render this filter at 2048 by 2048 with 5 anti-alias samples in under a minute. Perhaps your anti-alias setting is set very high and to all pixels and that will add significant rendering time to any filter. Additionally, the RAM doesn't matter due the program being 32 bit so it can not access beyond 4 gigs of memory.

I think this filter looks really excellent, great work on the grunge detail. It is nice to see how FF users get better creating PBR materials, though FF is not developing too much in that direction. I guess that ground has been taken by another app

Well that's certainly good to know. And IIRC that's an issue that never really got patched, right?
As in two years *shudder* of orange is the new dracula(us election) later, it's still the case?
