I think I am in the wrong place somehow. The filter I am commenting on is Drawranged.

If you want to comment on a particular filter:
On the filter's webpage (in this case https://www.filterforge.com/filters/10030.html) there is a "Comments" link on the right under the Filter Details. If you are the first person to comment on a filter, clicking on the link creates a new thread about the filter. You need to add a post to the thread with your comments. If a thread already exists, clicking on the "Comments" link will take you to the existing thread and you can add your comments. Yes, is true if you love and like a filter, just click on the comments link from the Library and it will take you to that filter comments page here in the forum
