Nice ideas, but the colors inside the sphere are somewhat dull. Take a look at the techniques we used for creating glow in these filters:

I’m planning on fixing that by the time I’ve finished version 4 of my filter.
At the moment I’m trying to figure out how to transform my sphere into a funnel. I’ve been using this link as a reference. http://leminuteur.free.fr/picsvortex.htm I’ve uploaded this filter while in mid development between versions 2 and 3, much earlier than I originally intended. Take a look at my perspective and pinch snippets they will show you how to create a funnel effect you could even add a swril based off any of the swirl techniques to really make it pop

nice filter, michael. can you make the 'wormhole' larger and smaller or is it just this one size?
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I've been working on creating a controller for the wormhole size, but at the moment there seems to be some kind of fragmentation glitch in the mouth of the wormhole. And even though I’ve removed this control for now, this problem still pops up when you hit the “Next Variant†button.

I had a similar problem recently with a filter I release That you couldnt hit next varient or it got messed up
I then recreated everytning in a nother one identical and it worked for awhile then stared doing the same thing if you manually moved the sliders you could go as crazy as you wanted and it worked fine but hit next varient and it got screwed up Ill try to remember wich one it was --I added description of problem in filter description --maybe by comparing the two it can be tracked down lets all whine for a wine port |

Eventually yes, but right now it’s incomplete, and very limited.
In the future this filter will be able to make any wormhole you choose to imagine, I’m just hoping no one looses interest in it before I‘ve finished. I'll be uploading version 2.4 soon. |
