WOW!!! I had missed this filter and I did not know it was available, like much and is very well done and with outlines too
Is a pity that the main thumbnail may be perhaps misleading of what this really can do I have made an inspiration thread of examples WITHOUT knowing that this filter was available, so here all the 12 post stripes based art starts in this posts here Here in an example of 1200 x 600 of FF Iris and FF Ladybug built in images  |

and here is the FF lifesaver with the FF tree
What is good is that it will stretch and fit correctly both images without cropping out anything  |

Inside the filter there is a gradient combination component that is not being used and not connected in the filter BUT if you blend these stripes gradient with the result you can also alternatively get this great and artistic result

Thanks Sphinx for leaving out the unconnected gradient, Here is how to combine it to get the image I have made here above

Have you tried printing and folding them?
This filter is not much of a looker on screen - it was made for print and it displaces the images correctly for physical folding. |

Well, from my point of view and also many others that consider fine art these kind of composition as shown on the link above it can be a style of art and just only for making agamographs printed folding
Yes, I know that this was really made very well and perfect for printing it and made the awesome and cool agamograph effect and it works very well, but also it can be used as art in itself |
