Nice job, I was thinking about doing this. You should also do the radioactive symbol while you're at it.

hehe, i saw that one yesterday when i downloaded. nice
![]() ya know, guys, there's a whole range of signs that could be done. the ones that need fonts might be tough, but there's all those international types that dont need lettering ![]() If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

That symbol Idea isnt a bad one you could easily set up a series of switches for multiple sign choices It would be neat if everyone chipped in and made a symbol and then you could have one slider do the 10's and the other the single digits for up to 100 sign selection and then add the 2 color bases
simple filter with only 4 controls but lots of output that way lets all whine for a wine port |

I was thinking of changing the frame based circles to gradient based circles instead, will get around to it in an update at some point, it also needs centering.

Oh nice, it's like you could make a whole WARNING SIGNS package! Good stuff.

Ahahaa, nothing quite grabs you as much as a biohazard sign -- except maybe the killer zombies, viruses and dinosaurs that ensue afterwards ^_^ There seems to be a lot of interesting variations of the time tested biohazard sign out there from just taking a glance at a quick google.
Here's my question though, how is anyone suppose to instinctively know that what the biohazard sign stands for? I mean, at least high voltage symbol has a dude getting fragged by a lightning bolt and the nuke sign has an atom, molecule thingie (I'm guessing, I've never seen an atom up close yet, so I'm assuming)... what exactly is the biohazard sign suppose to be anyway, I mean, it could be a warning sign for sharp pointy objects on a ring for all I can tell. -Zephos |

It could also mean: Warning, Klingons!

Zephos, I agree, it's pretty abstract... it looks kinda menacing whatever angle you rotate it at, tho. More context in Wikipedia @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biohazard

^_^ Ahaha, that's pretty interesting, so I take it level 4 biohazard isn't exactly just your common cold. Found something else pretty interesting on that page to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hazard_s...azard_sign Apparently, when discussing what the biohazard symbol actually is suppose to be on that page, it says: According to Charles Baldwin, an environmental-health engineer who contributed to its development: “ We wanted something that was memorable but meaningless, so we could educate people as to what it means." Makes sense to me ^_- Heck though, my favorite is the Dangerous for the Environment symbol, it just works on so many levels! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Hazard_N.svg -Zephos |
