WOW! AMAZING! between dilla's new colored balls and this one, the bar is being raised a considerable amount! this is just excellent! and that you achieved so many different types of 'chain' is even more incredible! this is an instant 'editor's pick' in my book!

Thank you so much everybody! I'm so glad that you like Bind and thank you for posting your thoughts about it!! ~^_^~

I'm glad that you were the one to initiate the comment thread Crapadilla ^_^ It honors me greatly that you have interest in my filters ^_-

Oh ubersev, there was one thing about this filter I was wondering if I could get your expertise on. Originally, I was going to use Byro's and your wonderful Any Angle Rotate snippet, but it seems that due to the scaling/distortion part of my filter, only exact angles would work for continuous repeats so that's why it has only four angles. In your experience, do you think there may be any way to introduce more clean angles into the mix?

Ahahaha, good point StevieJ, it's actually pretty hard to spend time working on a filter like this and not thinking about "creative application" ^_^ Actually, though, I got the idea when looking at my sketch books and seeing a character that conveniently wears lots of chains which reminded me that chains are painful to draw, ahahah. Come to think of it, I think I'll post it up, ahahah using Sketch Cleaner of course for cleanup ^_^

Thank you so much Kraellin! Your words are too kind! I too love Crapadilla's Aqua Buttons Galore as well, so it makes me twice as happy to hear that! Bind is actually probably the filter that I've had to go through the most revisions with before finally submitting. Originally, it was suppose be a Surface type, but some ridiculous load times had me down sample it. There was also a point where the actual filter looked like a giant key ironically, but then it got cut in half rather symbolically to make the filter more efficient ^_^

I'm very happy that you all enjoy Bind ^_^ Oh, yes, as promised, the original inspiration for Bind below, aahaha, just don't ask what her name is ^_^

----That's the thing about a lot of Zephos's filters, they are (obviously) good to start with, then when you see the presets, it looks like almost every one of them was made with a different filter. smile:)

I'm at a loss for words. smile:)

I'm making new textures and one of these (yet to be seamlessly titled) just used Zephos' Bind, hot off the press...

I third Kraellin and jffe: Zephos' presets are so varied and excellent starting points! For someone like me who appreciates a good guide to help get me going in the right direction, they really aid the workflow. Good presets really enhance the value of a quality filter and communicate their potential usages at a glance.

I'm enjoying using Filter Forge to create http://torley.com/textures

Hey Zephos, can I hire you to write my filter descriptions? I just draw a blank when it comes time to write something witty there.

Wow! Thank you again everyone! You're the best!

I'm glad that you like that part of my filters jffe! I originally was worried with some of my filters that I was putting too many eggs into the same basket, so to speak -- comes with being a fan of Swiss Army Knife logic, ahahaha, good to know that you enjoy that aspect of them ^_-

Ubersev! Thank you for the Tile Rotate filter! This might be the key that I need to fix the angle limitation on Bind ^_^ Thank you so much! Ahahaha, with my descriptions, they are usually thoughts I have about the filter while I'm creating it, there's really no talent or inspiration behind it (And I tend to go off topic -- waaaay off topic in them) ^_^. Of course, if you would like me to write a description for your filters, just let me know and I'll be honored ^_^

Thank you Torley! You make some very interesting use out of Filter Forge and I am especially happy to see how you use mine ^_^ I understand that you like gritty filters, so I hope the Decay features helped to achieve a more dirty realistic look, as most of the presets are of the clean and shiny variety X_^

Aahhaha, I see Crapadilla, hope your computer is feeling healthy and coffee free! ^_^ I'm happy that you liked the description for Bind as well, ahahah -- I didn't know how much I could "technically" get away with before the innuendo kicked in, so I decided to play it relatively safe and I'm glad it was still entertaining at the end ^_^

Thank you StevieJ! I think it's awesome that you're posting these awards for Filter Forger's work and I'm especially ecstatic that you see those values in my Filter and I am very honored!

CFandM! Thank you for saying so! That means a lot to me since you make some of the most incredible and intricate filters around and have an amazing arsenal of filters and experience behind you ~^_^~!

You guys have just made my day! ~^_^~ Thank you as always for supporting my filters!
