It seems there were alot of fires yesterday burning our paperwork LOL

Well, here is my version of some old charred paper

Hey Rawn, cool effect!!! smile:) I would suggest replacing the cells component with stretched perlin noise for a charred and cracked look.....

That was my original plan, and it worked well enough, but somehow I kinda dug the way the cells looked, it gave it an interesting texture.

looks good.

no reason you couldnt add a switch and include cells, perlin, chaffs, etc smile:)
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

It is funny how this happens, we both create burning filters within similiar time frames. That is fun smile:) Looks good but have to give my +2 for what has been said.
