what started out as a fairly simple smoke and fog filters, got cross-pollinated with some solarization and posterization and ended up with this:  If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

this filter has a wider range of effects than a lot of them. you can even see some edging in this:  If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
