Call me a nitpicker , but water is mostly a dielectric (well, actually only pure water is a dielectric) and dielectrics reflect light based in the Fresnel curve. Simply put, you have strong reflections at glancing angles and very low reflectance at direct, straight angles.
In other words, the reflection in the areas closer to the horizon should be stronger (because of glancing angles) and the areas closer to the viewer should be less reflective. Probably you can achieve this using profile gradients connected to the Metallic input. |

Dr. Evil, Congratulations! Very cool effect!
Another suggestion. You would add a checkbox "See underwater", so if you want to see the half of the image that is underwater, just click on It otherwise (unchecked) just shows the reflex. |
