Kraellin Kraellin Posts: 12749 Filters: 99	ahimsa, very nice! i love the subtlety of that one! and, just because i think you're the first one to ever post anything about this old filter, i've re-worked it a bit and will submit it as a new filter fairly soon thanks, steve. i may try a combine with the steviej's cup one. shld produce some interesting effects. Kraellin Kraellin Posts: 12749 Filters: 99	thanks, carl i've always been somewhat fascinated with the whole 'high pass' filter area of psp and photoshop. it's something i would have never come up with on my own for a graphic editor but definitely has some uses. and ahimsa, would you post the original image used on yours? i'd love to play around with it. StevieJ Designer/Artist Posts: 11264 Filters: 163	Hey Craig, I ran into an effect that is somewhat like your cup pic #1 and CF's "Neon Nights".....an edge colorizer with thick spectral color. I stumbled into it with high pass, but achieved in a completely different way than both of yours. I'm hesitant to submit it because of the similarities.....so I'll post some samples in the user gallery to see what you think...... Steve "Buzzards gotta eat...same as worms..." - Clint :)

Kraellin Kraellin Posts: 12749 Filters: 99	that's fine, steve; publish away. if i remember correctly, there are filters earlier than my high pass that also do edge finding... and better. i think byRo had one and maybe uber? mine wasnt really trying to do edge finding as the primary effect. i just liked the overall variations.
