Thanks guys! It only took me a little more than a week from start to finish. I also could give some credit to the active posters in "Nebulae in Progress" thread, Skybase, Stevie, and Kraellin. I'm still taking suggestions, so feel free to tell me you want something!

If you can shrink the size of the planet into nothing then I don't think it's necessary, otherwise I'd suggest so.

Okay..... ......different style planets, moons, multiple planets and moons, sun(s), Saturn-like planet rings, different gas nebuli, novas, super-novas, asteroid belts, etc etc etc.....there's endless things you could do with this concept.....and who knows, you might find some of them used as backdrops in a sci-fi movie...... I would also suggest not forgetting how you have the stars and faint haze in this one.....most "realistic" backdrop, IMHO.....

Very fantasmical!
I find the random star-like white spots on the dark side of the planet in the default and a few other presets a little annoying but otherwise, very beautiful cloud turbulence, space gas, and planet shine!

The "star-like white spots" are cities! Look at a map of Earth at night, you'll see them. Also, for the differing planets, I was thinking about that, I think I'll do that next. I'll also try to get some old space gas back without compromising the new stuff too.

Wow, just amazing! Great Work Betis!
It goes to show the depth of FF in skilled hands. Anything is possible. at least 90 percent of all sensation is texture, even beyond the visual, with elements of noise, tone, gradients, interval and degree.
