I made a similar filter, which you can see in my thread. But honestly... again... yours is definitely a lot better (and a lot slower, over 6x). The solar flares aren't the best, but then again I couldn't even make them. All in all, great job!

One thing, the color controls aren't doing justice. Sure, red giants are nice, but your filter has trouble creating whitish stars (like our sun or blue giants) while retaining a black background (if you turn lightness up, the background gets lighter as well). Also, the solar flares seem to not be responding to the color controls.
