well, i'm not quite sure of the purpose of this one, but that can be as simple as I have no current purpose for it. since it's a texture and not an effect, it means it's going to be used as is and not applied to alter an image and therefore, as a 'painted' filter i dont quite get it. what 'painted' area would look like that? and it's not that it's bad or wrong; it's more 'how would i use this? where would i use this?' maybe if you posted some examples of it being used?
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
