Gene S Morgan Posts: 648 Filters: 81	This frame filter is so versatile. Playing with it results in lots of creative frames. I especially like the textures. Nice use of noise to create some interesting effects. It's like using some really funky mat board. I like it a lot ....

This was probably the fastest assembled filter I ever submitted, just few hours to build and test! And I think can deliver a lot of interesting results if combined with artistic filter, either in pre or post-processing! Below an example pre-processed by Messy Art Frame and then by Mess Painter (BORDER = OFF) "From the moment we are born, we start being filtered..."
