Cool, Curious and interesting effect that I like and is well done.
I thought that his was only a moving lines effect but is MORE than that, as it repeats and extends and expands the image in multiple added shattered lines Could be interesting on selected images. I have used this filter to teleport this 2 parrots into the future   |

This is how the above teleport procedure finish in shattering the molecules of the parrots to be able to transport them better

And then they could not be reconstructed fully and many bits have been lost forever in the electronic dimension
 , this is the final result that was after the transmition ended.
Preset 5 ______________________________ An electronics glitch is an undesired transition that occurs before the signal settles to its intended value There are others different glitches as you can see in the Wikipedia  |
