yes, very subtle... like a 747 dropping out of the sky in your front yard subtle! lol. this looks like someone ate a basket full of confetti, puked it back up, spread it around, dried it out, spray painted it, hung it up to dry, shot it with a shotgun and then applied it to an image. lol. i love it smile:D

Carl, I love this filter. It is so soothing and not 1960's at all. smile:dgrin: I had to try and spice it up a bit by putting it over my very 1960's tile just to get it to pop. LOL

Keep those great filters coming my friend. smile:D

....and Craig why didn't you just say what you really thought of this filter. ROFL

Very good idea and great update, yes this will be very useful as sometimes some of the objects get in the way of the original image and could be better to remove them.

Well done.

I want to suggest another adittional possible thing for customizing and control the different objecs if you do NOT want to remove them, and this is to be able to move them (I mean using offset ) instead of taking them out.

Can always use the variation slider if something is in a bad position... But an offset would be nice to have smile:)

Yes, is true and I have already done this, BUT as the filter creates so greatly different variations, you CAN´T have a SIMILAR variation to the one you have got BUT with differently placed objects, so really the variation slider is NOT good really for fixing this.

This is why that Carl will update the filter to have more control on the objects, and even better would be to have also an offset too, so instead of removeing or deleting them you could just MOVE them.

I got lazy and left them out - I used the varation control for the speed difference of adding offset plus with doublimg the number of controls needed [ this filter has a lot more control than I usually have already ] I agree the offset plus variation would be best in control

smile:D I have already thought about this when I was writing my suggestion, most probably that Carl will tell me that he will not do it BECAUSE it will add many more controls to the filter smile:D

Anyway thanks for the update and the ability to turn things on and off and the frame

I have just tried the new updated version of your filter and I like much how you have done it and is easy to choose which ones you will have or not just using the checkboxes.

Well done and great update, AND now I can see that even WITHOUT any of the objects added it is still a GREAT and awesome filter.

ONE QUESTION

How is determined the amount and number of objects that will be added to the image?

Because I have seen that depending on the image you load, there can be 1 o 2 triangles or stars, or there can be 10 or more.

Thanks to you, that you made it possible, and is really great to see you back again and with the very good news that you have another great artistic filter

Will be waiting for it as you have talented and great ideas that work very well

I admire most of the filters you have made and are a sure reference and something that appears in many places and websites as examples of what FF can do
