I know it's umm, boring and all. But test pics would really be a bit better if they were of ye olde life preserver in a way. Because we all know what trying to make that hideous beast look cool is like, and if you can do that, we'll just know yer onto something ha-ha.

I agree with jffe. And if you still want to use your own image you should post the untouched original so we can compare.

Good morning I agree....posting the original is a good idea....and I will do that from now on. I'll post the car original and life preserver test pics. With my filters, the life preserver has proven to be very misleading (especially with presets) because of the enlarged tone map, predominant neutral color, lack of varying color, and lack of detail. I believe that providing a variety of test pics from different images will give the best representation of a filter's capabilities.
Uber, you'er a tough customer I'll know that I really have something if I get you to crack a smile on one of my filters
Thanx Kraellin After you found the redundancies in my "GlassWorxExtreme" filter, I tore it down and started from scratch....and this is the result. Come to think of it, I also got into those metal filters because you thought my "HeavyMetal" filter looked like plastic. Keep up the good work Steve

you're getting this glass thing down nicely, steve. that last one really reminds me of colored glass blowing, like the type i saw on a PBS (public broadcast station) show about a glass blower doing large, multi-colored spheres. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hey Kraellin, thanx As I think I've already said, after you found the redundancies in "StevieJ's UltimateGlassWorks", I tore it down and started from scratch.....and really glad that I did it. It's now posted as "StevieJ's ExtremeGlass". If you have the time, check it out and tell me what you think....

stevie, you're welcome.
my time is a bit more limited right now. i have just downloaded all new submissions and i actually came to download one of yours in particular, the one where in the example pics you have a glass red flower. i wanted to get that one for a pic i'm working on. but cant promise i'll get around to all of them If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
