there is a sort of ice crystals effect going on there. and i can see the space blanket effect also. nice.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

for a space blanket, if we're talking those NASA heat shielding type blankets, then i think the first one is a better replica. this last one has too many spikey kinda lines where the first one looked more like crinkles in a blanket. still, a nice metallic kind of effect on both.

I agree with Craig, the first one looks a little more fabric-like. Maybe it's just the lighting? Anyway, I think either of them are really neat. I bet it would work nice as an actual blanket texture, too.

OH! This a great work as it really looks very realistic like a aluminium color paper wrap
would be good to know, if possible, how you have done this. of course it is up to you to decide to tell it or not. |
