Well for the moment the leaves are done. The last one I posted here is done there is only a couple of presets on it..Its just way slow at the moment so I will either figure out how to make it a tad quicker or completly redo it..Haven't looked at it yet to figure that part out...Not to mention this is only Volume1.... It also has not been sent to the library because its slow... But if someone uses it and re-does it thats good also then we have more leaves to go around.. ![]() Yep those do look like leaves..The ridges on the sides kinda looks like some of what I going for..Only a wider scale..Do yours get bigger or are they just small leaves?? Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

Hi ya CFandM,
LOL Yikes no I would not touch leaf making. You are the king of leaves~ hehe The leaves happened when working on another project. A project I may add that is giving me grey hairs- no wait ... those grey hairs were already there. *grin* Who me? What grey hair? ![]() ..Do yours get bigger or are they just small leaves?? Not only did they get bigger but their shape changed dramatically. LOL The look I was going for was along the lines of quilt squares, punched tin designs, or even oragami. What I finally decided to go with was 'Cut Out Paper'. You know the kind where you fold the paper and cut. That. Now the image depends on the solid background it is applied on. So it's not really paper --- it's a tin metal in the stand alone version of FF-- and will keep the tin coloring if applied to a solid background of #C5CAD8. Still in the process of working it- and not sure I want to take the tin off and make it more like paper. (((Work in progress)))(was up till 4am and working on it again today). It's not done yet. Jean P.S. The solid color in the image is the transparency. Click the image to see the larger version. ![]() |

Sorry about that .. the design changes depending on what color background it's on.
((I test on regular images and various solid color backgrounds). The design is actually very nice in the stand alone version--- not holding on a solid background as well. Here it is on a solid black background and you can see the 'crisp shadow'. Right now testing the shadow not the patterns. And the shadow shows very well in the stand alone with no image. Has a drop shadow been done yet? Jean ![]() |

Okay off to the Gallery it is~
Long story- messed it up- got it back- improved it. (((Pretty sure it will end up in the Pattern category for filters because ... it's a pattern. Which is what I wanted. Don't know why I didn't do this before but here is a screenshot straight from the program. Resized smaller and compressed. Talisman Makes glass, stone and metal. (2nd Preset) Jean P.S. Has a 'Mysterious Glow' setting in the control panel that backlights the pattern with a soft halo (light yellow). ![]() |
