Warped distortion

I dont really go for much in the way of distortion filters, but do you think there would be an interest in something like this?
I picture it as plastic melted in the heat of the front windshield of a car LOL

The boarder is actually a drop shadow. I just added more controls to the shadow now so it doesnt look so "all-around"

well, i like it, but how did you isolate just the life preserver?
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I didnt smile:)
It is just a fluke that the distortion seemed to follow just the preserver. It really treats the image as if the whole image is being distorted.
