oh wow, lynn! i absolutely love that first one. looks like something straight off the Chrysler building. very art deco architecture. and, very well done! If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Thank you very much Craig, I was think of doing an spin off on this filetr to see if I could get some more art deco architecture, since the rest of the tiles just don't seem to fit in with the first one.

hmmm, i think all the posted images fit in with each other. but a spin-off is fine too
one question, do you have an offset with controls on this one? i could easily see moving #2 and 3 horizontally to put that main part in the center in the middle of the image. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I used the offset control in the profile gradient, other than that I didn't add another offset, to it.

Hey Lynn, I personally love this direction with the heavy metallic pattern tiles....like your "Rustic Ceiling Tiles" filter. I think that these would be particularly useful to game designers looking to create unique environments.....and yes, I'm biased because I love intense strategy Mech shooters with neat new design scapes.....in which I think your samples here would look awesome Steve

Thank you very much Steve, I am not much into computer games. I am more of an sci-fi fanasty person. I have been wanting some unique environments for my renders that I make in either bryce, vue 4.22 or poser and one day to incorperate into my models I will making in hexagon.
That is what I love about FF, there is so many filers that you can make or presets using the kaleidoscope node. Ay the present time I am wanting to give my filter preset as much detail as I can, and still keep simple to use and still have alot options. I hope that makes sence.

well, the offset isnt that important with seamless, but if you want to use it as a single panel, just add an offset right before the results, or, if it's a surface type, add one to the main node, the height, and the other as necessary, but just use one set of controls to coordinate them all. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
