Lookin' fun! There could be a "I give up" more which has the pieces all scattered across the board, and then a mode which shows the pieces back in their original box, never to be toyed with again. HA!

ah, interesting. i've seen plugins that do this or something like it. but doing in FF shld be fun. and like torley said, if you can do a separation of the pieces, that would just be that much extra cool.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Cool! That trick with the missing pieces is something I never got around to do with my own Jigsaw Puzzle filter. And the 'puzzlish pixelization' effect makes it quite unique...

Yep that would come in real handy for so many things... Great look on that so far uberzev..What it needs now is one piece leftover that doesn't seem to fit anywhere.. Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

Anyone who looks at this and says, wow that is a cool pattern doesn't know the half of it. I have been toying around with this effect to see if I could duplicate it, and I have come close; however, what I can't duplicate is Uber's variety of pieces. He has pieces with 2 out joints and 2 in joints, pieces with 3 out joints and 1 in joint, pieces with 1 out joint and 3 in joints, and that is amazing!
When "soon" finally rolls around Uber's Jigsaw puzzle will have a lot to offer everyone. It is a stylish filter which I will use on many pictures; however, I really want to look under the hood at the geneous behind this effect. Simply amazing! |
