Not sure if you are into herbs and such... But do you have a 'white willow' tree around?

If you do... wash or wash and dry the sprigs and leaves... put in a nylon knee high, tie a knot...

Run a warm bath... throw 'bath tea bag' under running water. Let soak for 5 to 10 min...

Enjoy tea bath.

Originally apsrin was created from this tree. The ancients used it for asprin as well. If you chew on a twig,,, it has that aweful asprin taste, LOL.

Anyway consult the doctor before taking any herbals. ~ Disclaimer ~

I may not be back till late... school clothes shopping after we meet the teacher, and most likely I'm going to be 'worn out', LOL, when I get back so I may not be chatting in the threads much tonight. ((you can always reach by email if something comes up and you need a freind))... otherwise I most likely won't be talking too much till tomorrow after I get her off for the 'first day of school'.

Always a tough day... I hate it when summer ends...
