and I wasn't meaning grunge smile:-p I just ment they look like the rubber is more hard than " rubbery " here is a couple of pics

jffe, your first 6 samples look great for rubber floor surfaces used in factories, labs, gyms, etc..... smile8)

hehe, i think they look good, jffe. and there's certainly a LOT of tire types, so, just because you're not showing the goodyear radial xf270's with whitewalls, or some other specific brand, doesnt mean what you're showing isnt good smile:) #4, 7 and 8 look the best to me.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Well, I spent about 4 hours today and didn't get anything I'm real happy with yet. I did just now (at 1:30am) stumble across this though, kind of a triple layered look, just a simple trick but I though it looked interesting/promising.

Well, I think it would get used alot more as patterned rubber flooring than as tire treads.....but hey, that's just my humble opinion..... smile;) smile:)
