I just uploaded this filter today, so it should be up soon. This filter takes any picture that you have and turns it into a pattern. The pattern generated depends on the photo you are using. For best results you should use a colourful photo, though any picture does work. The pattern can be generated as seamless, but will look a bit different than using not seamless. Below is a sample of the photo that generated the following patterns.
