Since I have been in the Frame mode as of late..I have been sidetracked with a couple of different styles of frames..So here is an ugly copper plate sort of frame..I migh submit this one..But might be to ugly..

ok, the most obvious thing here is, why is the art in the center also the same color as the frame? it makes it seem like the frame is tinting the art.
and on the second frame, it's kind of interesting that the outer frame is borrowing its design from the art. i wonder how that would work on some other images? If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hey Craig, well I tried for that copper look on the image in the center I thought it looked kinda neat but one can change that...
Some of my test images came out pretty cool looking..But some were odd looking. Heres the filter if you want to mess with it..The last four controls are not named as of yet they control the look of the frames bevels..... So its far from complete.. i really didnt change much. i disconnected your reflection thing and just pumped reflection all the way up. i also pumped metallic all the way up and about the only other thing i did was remove the tinting from the 'art' within the frame.
here's the default look now: edit: oh, and i added a 'corrosion' control and a rotate control for giving a different hue to things.  If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

could call the copper one copper plate cause the picture goes copper too

yup, a few colors work there, CF. i also tried gray and got a bit of a steel look.
i really like how you did the surface variation bit with the perlins, btw. copper especially would show up like that. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

you shld submit this one, CF. and i dont want to hear that i shld submit it because of the mod to it. all i did was tweak it a touch and i dont submit tweaks

Yep I will defiantly submit this version...I was playing with some more presets before I submit it...But what a terrific tweak it was
